Starla (the furry one) photo bombed so perfectly it looks arranged.
Any time Jade and I have a family snuggle with Lyra (the non furry one), Starla wants in.
Even spontaneous sing-songs in the kitchen.
Every time.
You hear of pets getting jealous.
Or rather “displaying behaviours perceived as jealousy due to perceived threats to resources.”
Starla doesn’t, even though resources are absolutely threatened…
Our time and attention are dominated by Lyra.
Client work is obviously high priority for me.
As is my personal brand, not least LinkedIn
(I was late to the game and had 2 followers in November)
Then there’s the piano and the gym.
(essential for my wellbeing – I really felt their absence in the period after Lyra’s birth)

Time is so precious, fleeting and limited.
It’s why my concierge service is about growing personal brands for busy execs… so they enjoy the benefits without losing their time.
This photo reminds me the souls in our lives deserve our time.
Even if they don’t ask for it.
